The Federal Government (FG) extended the registration date of BRISIN – Basic Registry and Information System in Nigeria to November 22nd, 2018.

Reasons for extending the registration date of BRISIN

Also, for those that paid and weren’t able to continue with the application form to revalidate their payments using the Revalidate Payment link on their dashboard by putting in their Transaction ID

It’s very simple, kindly login your Email address and click on the successful payment status sent to you by BRISIN. Your Transaction ID is there, copy it and place on the Revalidate payment link on your dashboard.

Moreover some persons are yet to complete their registration or finish the filling of BRISIN application form. Do so before the closing date.

For some candidates that are yet to print their acknowledgement letter or Letter showing their successful application, kindly PRINT it as it will be required during screening.

Requirements for BRISIN Screening 2018

Furthermore, Dr Anthony Uwa, the Head of BRISIN implementation in Nigeria, told Journalists in Abuja that the extension was to enable all intending applicants to register.

According to the director of BRISIN:” The application was scheduled to last for six weeks; from September 27th to November 8th, 2018 but due to some technical challenges beyond our control, the portal was short down for about two weeks within which applicants could not register.

Dr Uwa affirmed, “We have decide to extend the application for another two weeks till Nov. 22 after which the screening exercise will commence immediately.

“One of the essence of this recruitment is to enable all unemployed Nigerians to be captured on a centralised data base to ensure that all jobs created are verifiable. And it is also meant to reduce favouritisms in job selection.

”Therefore, the extension of the deadline will enable all unemployed Nigerians to have the opportunity to be captured and be gainfully employed.”
