Current Amount (Allowance) Paid by States to NYSC Corps Members, Allawee paid to corpers by different states in Nigeria- This is to update you on the amount paid by different states to NYSC corps members serving in their states. It will also guide you to know the states you will select while registering for NYSC. We also highlighted the link to register for NYSC Batch A, B or C Stream I and Stream II. The highest paid states so far are Ebonyi state, Kano state and Lagos state.
In as much you are selecting states to serve or you want to make your choice, consider places that would have employment opportunities.
If one is employed and paid well, there is no way he or she would not cover up all he would have been paid by states.
Consider states that would appreciate what you studied, and would love to retain you.
There are lots of companies in Nigeria, try serving in states that has those companies and see if there could be an opportunity of you doing your PPA (Primary Place of Assignment – it is done after 3 weeks in camp) in those companies and fortunately you could be retained.
The figures or amounts stated below is probed to change at anytime as there is an accepted increase of minimum wage, thereby the state allawee would also increase.
Also, remember that your monthly NYSC allawee would not be touched rather there could be an increase.
