We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistics Officer

Locations: Aba – Abia, Akwa Ibom, Imo and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

We are looking for a reliable Logistics Officer to be responsible for the overall logistical affair.
The Logistics Officer responsibilities will include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods.

Key Roles

Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
Resolve any arising problems or complaints
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.

Minimum Qualification

BSc in Business Administration, Logistics or related courses.
Must have at least 3 years of proven working experience as a Logistics Officer in a courier company
Record of successful distribution and logistics management
Excellent analytic problem-solving and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
