The two major competing parties are Accord Party and PDP (Peoples Democratic Party).
The Bayelsa state governorship candidate of PDP is Diri Duoye while the governorship candidate of Accord is Ebizimo Diriyai.
Now the question is who will win or who is winning the governorship election.

Diri who voted at about 10.35 a.m. observed that the elections were peaceful in his area but regretted that he got reports of electoral fraud, violence in Nembe, Opolo and Enewari and other parts of the state.
Former President, Goodluck Jonathan and his wife, Patience, voted at unit 39, Ward 13 at the Otazi Playground, Otuoke in Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa State. He expressed disappointment over late arrival of election materials at polling units.
The election is not going to be an easy one as PDP wants to retain the position. In one way, APC is combining force with Accord to beat PDP. As time goes own the collation result will start coming out and we shall be updating us with the latest information regarding to the BAYELSA STATE GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION.
The fact is that the final result will decide… Though two LGAs are yet to be collated
