We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- We are looking for a reliable Office Administartor / Front Offiice Officer to ensure that daily office operations are performed in a seamless and efficient manner.
- The successfull candidate will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiency.
- The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision and will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinator office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence ( e-mail, letters)
- Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending and other expenses.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations and training sessions.
- Collecting, organizing and storing information using computers and filing systems.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Recommend improvements to increase performance.
Minimum & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Adminstration, Management or a related field.
- Experience in a related field
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
- Ability to plan for and keeptrack of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Exceptional leadership and time, task and resource management skills.
Salary
N80,000 – N90,000 / Month.
