Job Title: Human Resource (HR) / Administrative Officer

Location: Gombe

Job Description

  • We are recruiting to fill the position of an HR / Admin Officer in our Regional Office (Gombe).

Key Roles
The successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Manage office supplies, stock, and place orders.
  • Maintain and update company databases.
  • Managing employee performance and frequently updating employee information management system.
  • Prepare job descriptions, advertise vacant positions, and manage the employment process.
  • Implementing systematic staff development procedures and Providing counseling on policies and procedures to members of staff.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Answer queries by employees and clients.
  • Oversee all the inflow and outflow of Seed that passes through the system both within and outside the hub

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources or business management is advantageous.
  • Proven experience working in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Additional training/certification in Payroll Management – may be advantageous
  • Working knowledge of business management.
  • Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation  is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Protecting the interests of all employees.
  • Good understanding of HR & Admin Officer functions.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year progressive experience in similar roles.
  • The ability to multitask.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
