We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resource (HR) / Administrative Officer
Location: Gombe
Job Description
- We are recruiting to fill the position of an HR / Admin Officer in our Regional Office (Gombe).
Key Roles
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Manage office supplies, stock, and place orders.
- Maintain and update company databases.
- Managing employee performance and frequently updating employee information management system.
- Prepare job descriptions, advertise vacant positions, and manage the employment process.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures and Providing counseling on policies and procedures to members of staff.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Answer queries by employees and clients.
- Oversee all the inflow and outflow of Seed that passes through the system both within and outside the hub
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources or business management is advantageous.
- Proven experience working in an office environment.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Additional training/certification in Payroll Management – may be advantageous
- Working knowledge of business management.
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
- Knowledge of employment legislation is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Protecting the interests of all employees.
- Good understanding of HR & Admin Officer functions.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year progressive experience in similar roles.
- The ability to multitask.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
