HOW TO LOGIN IN TO YOUR JAMB PORTAL/PROFILE
- Click on jamb.gov.ng/efacility/login
- Put in your correct Email address and your Password
- Click login
Steps on How To Retrieve/Reset Jamb Portal Login Details
- Visit jamb.gov.ng/efacility/login
- Scroll down and click on “CLICK HERE TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD ”.
- When the next page is opened, input your Email Address and Date of Birth.
- Click on “GET PASSWORD RESET LINK”
If you entered your details correctly, proceed to the following
- Login to your email address.
- Click on “Reset my Password “.
- A page with a “CREATE NEW PASSWORD ” will appear.
- Enter your new Password and click “Change Password”.

If you want to retrieve code; send RESEND to 55019 using the phone number you used in registering before
Pls someone needs help concerning this jamb stuff…she got different reg no on her result slip n on her admission letter…
She got admission letter from jamb but she didn’t check her status on d matriculation list, so she went to do regularization using the reg no on her result slip after d regularization she later found out by checking on the reg no on d admission letter that she was ask to print her jamb admission letter so that her name could be on d matric list n she did it in which her name has enter d matric list n she has been congratulated n she did submitted the admission to school n has mobilized using the reg no on her admission letter but now jamb have approved the one she regularized with will she have any problem

I’ve tried using the date of birth reset password link but it displays error all the time

My credentials are correct, but however, after successfully completed the form for jamb profile creation, the page can’t be accessed, and I try logging in it keeps saying wrong invalid email/password and I tried reset only enter email option prompt out and it doesn’t work either

Yes I did regularisation but the email I used to register I can’t have access to it , because it has been hacked and I try my possible best to do recovery emails through the phonenumber and the person that hacked it is setting every notification in to his phone , because when I did recovery they tell me should go and check d phone ….pls help me on this or way out sir
If you have the jamb registration number, on regular basis, check matriculation list or you can go to Jamb office and if there is a way to change it

I’m a polytechnic student and jamb gave me admission to a university, I did change of admission letter last 3 year and when I try checking if my name is on matriculation but it is not. My question is that is it possible for me to do change of admission letter now

Not being able to access your Email is not from Jamb… It could be from you maybe wrong password
