We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead and oversee the work of employees in our Organization.
Ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future.

Key Roles

Assessing and identifying new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets
Establishing the company’s goals and objectives
Performing regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement
Designing and implementing Business strategies and plans to meet the company goals
Developing a comprehensive company budget and performing periodic budget analysis
Ensuring all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies
Assessing overall company performance
Design work schedules and organize employee training
Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities.

Minimum Qualification

B.Sc / BA in Business Management or relevant field; M.Sc / MA will be a plus
At least 3 years relevant work experience.
Proven experience as business manager or relevant role
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
Age: 33 years and above
Sex: Male.
