Minister Sadiya discloses her plans to put Npower Beneficiaries into Permanent Jobs – The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Mrs. Sadiya Umar Farouq in an interview on NTA2 today, April 22, 2020, discloses her plans on putting Npower Beneficiaries into permanent jobs. During the interview, she was also asked on the course of delay in payment of Npower Monthly stipend, she also gave her reasons which are quite considerable and hopeful that those who are yet to be paid would be paid at the rightful time.
The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Mrs. Sadiya Umar Farouq is not only in-charge of Npower, she also oversees the affairs of Trader Moni, Market Moni and Farmer Moni. She works to make sure that the needs or affairs of the public are met.

What is the course of delay in payment of March Stipend?
This was one of the questions, the Minister of Humanitarian affairs, Sadiya Umar Farouq was asked in her interview on NTA2. She made this open to the public that the delay in payment of Npower beneficiaries stipend is not intentional or sign of punishment rather is the process involved that is causing it.
“Payment of Npower beneficiaries stipend undergoes some processes; this is done to actually avoid paying ghost workers as well those that have gotten other jobs that is those that are not with Npower again,” Mrs. Sadiya Umar Farouq said.
She furthered said that once some groups of persons or local government have been verified, the beneficiaries will start receiving their payments. Therefore, there is no need to panic, all that is required is patience.
