Please Note: As stated by the Acting Registrar, National Examination Council (NECO), Mr Abubakar Gana, admission into the Federal Government Unity Colleges would be based on 60 percent for merit and 40 percent for quota and others.
For those who would prefer a much more easier and faster method or means to check the NECO common entrance results can do so online. Simply follow the procedures as explained or listed below.
There are two means by which candidates can check their results online
- Through NECO website
- Through NCEE website
Steps on How To Check NCEE 2024 Result via NECO Website
The following easy steps listed below will enable you check the common entrance result online:
- Go to NECO results portal at https://results.neco.gov.ng/.
- Select exam year i.e. 2024.
- Select exam type i.e. National Common Entrance Examination.
- Supply your registration number in the required column.
- Finally, click on Check Result button to access the common entrance exam result.
Note: If the result is showing no record found kindly Click www.fmeposting.com.ng
Steps on How To Check NCEE 2024 Result on NCEE Website
- Go to NCEE registration portal at https://ncee.neco.gov.ng/. OR Click
- www.fmeposting.com.ng
- Login by supplying your Email/Phone Number and Password in the required columns.
- Click On Registered Candidates
- Select Completed -then Click on the Respective Registered candidates to view the result.
Note: If the result is showing no record found kindly Click www.fmeposting.com.ng to check your admission status at once as many have seen admitted

You don’t need to buy token to check for common Entrance I think we have to wait for the results to be uploaded, all u just need to do is to log on to the website click result which is not ready yet..

Hello people in my case I bought the token login with my user Id and password , select exam type, exam year and exam number 6 digits and two letters but it gave Network error. Are you sure the result has been released? Have you seen anyone that have seen the result

You don’t need token to check ncee. The token column disappears once you click ncee as type of exam

You guys should stop buying token. It is not meant for ncee. Once you enter ncee as type of exam, the token option will disappear. I have seen my kid’s result and that of few others. Just that network is bad but if you keep trying, it will go through

I checked my son result and he got 180 mark but was told not qualified for selection, while another candidate with 163 marks qualified for selection under national merit and they both choose the same school. his registration number his 231251II

Not quite pass… It can only be considered when the number of persons that scored high are not up to the number needed by the school
128 could be qualified for some States and not qualified for some other States. It is not uniform

What I am seeing in the results section is total of grading, is it the same as scores? Because it is too low. And also my child grading is very poor. I suspected something went wrong. Because during the exam, some of the students were not provide with the computerized answer sheet in their center due to insufficiency. They were asked to answer it on their question papers. That they themselves will transfer it to the computerized answer sheet in their office. What if that was not done for some of the subjects , and what if there were error of transfer from the side of the person transferring the answers from the students question paper to the computerized answer sheet. What if the work on the question paper was not marked atall. This will be an injustice to this poor child and serious wickedness. Bcos he did write other exams around the period and he did well above average. But this,he failed with very poor grades? With all that happened in the centre because of insufficient computerized results sheet? Very sad. The center was Junior secondary school , Lugbe , Abuja.
