Nigerian Youth Investment Fund (NYIF) N75 billion Loan Update on Registration Date – The Minister of Youths and Sports has revealed the registration starting date for Nigeria Youth Investment Fund (NYIF) N75 billion Loan. Youths are told to get prepared to enable them get access of N250,000 and N50 million each.

The Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Mr. Sunday Dare told the NAN on Wednesday that the N75 billion loan of Nigerian Youth Investment Fund (NYIF) that the registration will start before the end of October, 2020.

According to Olatunji John, the Minister’s Assistant Chief Information Officer opened it to the general public that the Ministry challenged youths to come up with brillian ideas that would enable them to access between N250,000 and N50 million of the N75 billion Nigerian Youth Investment Fund (NYIF) for sustainability.

The Minister stated; “The programme is about to be rolled out before the end of this month. President Muhammadu Buhari approved N75 billion in three years because he believes in the dream of youths, aimed at lifting 10 million Nigerians, including youths out of poverty before 2023.”

Requirements needed for NYIF Loan

• All prospective applicants of NYIF must show clearly that they have the market, resoures and manpower to access the fund.
• Also, the fund is for youths aged 18 to 35, regardless of their ethnicity or social status
• Youths that wants to be an Enterpreneur
• Youths that have an existing business
• Youths that have new business ideas
• National Identity Card, Permanent Voters Card, Drivers License or International Passport
• Passport photograph
• Valid Email address and Phone Number
• Contact address
• Bank Verification Number (BVN)
