Recall that a few days ago, we shared an update stating that the management of NJFP is brewing something for the NJFP Fellows.

Inline with this, NJFP management has finally unveiled that something that is brewing, it is a leadership development opportunity for the NJFP Fellows. It will enable the NJFP take their leadership skills to the next level by Become a State Focal Point for #NJFP and help foster peer-to-peer learning and community building in their respective States.

How to Apply and Become NJFP Focal Point

Submit a video of yourself stating:

a. Why you should be selected as your State Focal Point.

b. Your leadership qualities.

c. What impact you have made since your deployment.

Video Submission

Your video submission should:

a. Be recorded horizontally.

b. Include your full name, State of deployment and organisation.

c. Video should not be more than 2 minutes.

d. Deadline for submission is Thursday, 9th of March, 2023
