Job Description

The Senior Business Development Manager to lead our business development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to achieve our company’s growth objectives.

Roles Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to increase the company’s market share and revenue growth.
Analyze and report on sales data and market trends.
Collaborate with other departments to develop new products and services to meet customer needs.
Develop and manage a high-performing team of business development professionals.
Ensure that all business development activities are compliant with regulatory requirements.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
8 – 10 years of experience in business development or related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of financial services industry and regulatory requirements.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 Monthly with several benefits (competitive salary and benefits package).
