Documents needed for the NPF Screening Exercise 2019
You are to dress in plain white T-shirt/short and come with a printed copy of this letter, as this admits you into the screening venue.
- You must present a telephone handset bearing the number 081624368** which you provided as your main telephone number during your online application.
- Furthermore, you are to present original copies of the following documents:
- Letter of Invitation (NOT PHOTOCOPY), with your recent passport photograph affixed in the space provided above;
- Duly Completed Guarantor’s Form;
iii. Letter sent to your email containing your personal information when you submitted your online application;
- Certificate of Local Government Area of Origin;
- Educational Certificates; and
- Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
