NYSC Unable to connect to the remote server

The most common cause of a failing RDP connection concerns network connectivity issues, for instance, if a firewall is blocking access. You can use ping, a Telnet client, and PsPing from your local machine to check the connectivity to the remote computer. Keep in mind ping won’t work if ICMP is blocked on your network.

This is not a problem from the registration centres or NYSC accredited centres as a result of the NYSC being down. It is what the programmers would fix from the back end.

The delay is as a result of the programmers being unable to trace the error and fix up the required code in the remote server. The goodwill message is that it is fixable.

Solutions to NYSC Server being down

It is not what PCMs would solve but the solutions are in the hands of NYSC programmers. As we speak, they are working tirelessly on it to fix it up before time. It seems to being difficult due to the error code on the programme (Programmers would understand that an error could interfere all that one has laboured for).

What if portal closes before the Server for thumbprint is fixed

NYSC would extend the registration date due to the delay caused by the remote server.

All the things you cannot do such as unable to login to your NYSC dashboard, create account or thumbprint would be fixed as soon the server is up.
