Phase 3 Telecom is an aerial fibre-optic network infrastructure provider, providing connectivity, network management and data storage services to wholesale, enterprise and retail customers across West Africa.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Asset & Internal Service Officer
Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Handle procurement of office equipment and ensure maintenance/repairs of the same
- Create and constantly update assets database/register
- Maintain master pricing template, as well as periodically conduct market surveys
- Coordinate relationships with vendors and maintain vendor database
- Ensure the prompt settlement of bills for utilities – power, water and DSTV
- Maintain records of purchases and manage inventory of consumables for the Corporate
- Administration department
- Maintain general administration and relationship with business regulators
- Liaise with power expert, ensure appropriate power dimensioning and consistent supply
- Prepare minutes for departmental meetings and weekly reports
- General preventive maintenance on the office and residential premises
- Any other duty as may be assigned.
Minimum Qualification
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification
- A minimum of 2 – 3 years of work experience.
