Ramadan Press Limited is a leading printing and packaging company in Bauchi state located in Bauchi Metropolis.

We are recruiting a qualified, tested, productive and experienced candidate to to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Bauchi

Key Roles

Planning and organizing production schedules to ensure orders are delivered on time.
Managing a team of staff including production supervisors and quality inspectors, and performance management.
Ensuring all products meet established quality standards with rigorous checks
Preparing of quotations.
Allocating resources across workflows to ensure minimum wastage and strengthen profit margins.
Offering suggestions for efficiency improvements as part of the overall business strategy.
Overseeing the selection and maintenance of production equipment.

Minimum Qualifications

B.Sc. or HND in Printing and Packaging Production with at least seven (7) years experience.
Not less than 30 years.

Other Requirements:

Interested applicant must be technically sound in plant & machineries operations and management.
Proven experience working as a production manager within the Printing Industry.
