We suggest that whenever you are able to register on the Npower NEXIT Registration Portal successfully, but you did not receive a verification email, try to login with the email and password you registerered with to resend the email verification again, and if that doesn’t work then we suggest you wait patiently for the management to rectify the issue.
Verification mail will come to you later or you will be directed on what next to do. The Npower NEXIT PORTAL is still experiencing some technical issues which will be sorted out in due time.

Note: Exited NPOWER VOLUNTEERS are to use THE SAME EMAIL they used in registering for Npower and which is recorded on their Npower profile to register on the NEXIT PORTAL. It is not necessary you use NPVN password for NEXIT but mandatory to use NPVN email for NEXIT.
For those that can not access that same email, reasons been that it has been blocked or suspended, endeavor to direct your enquiries to the support team email: support@n-sip.gov.ng.
If you don’t have access to your Npower email anymore or you encounter problem while registering in the NEXIT portal, especially for those with the defunct Mail@naij.com, you should kindly send the issues to: support@n-sip.gov.ng clearly indication the following:

Please I used phone number instead of email to login my profile portal cuz there was option for phone or email,now I have been trying to use my phone number to register for the nexit package,it’s request p i add @ email.com to my phone number,.

I have a challenge; i successful started the process of registration but inconclusive because after receiving the verification email, as i clicked to continue i was directed to my nexit account to input login details before i can continue but i imputed my gmail password instead of my nexit account password, even when i remembered the password yet it is not opening for me, also the ” forgot password option” is not redirecting to
steps needed in creating a new password rather repeating step.

I successfully signed up weeks ago, but got my verification link yesterday. My Email has been successfully verified. I have verified my email and I was supposed to login again to continue but I forgot my password.
