Issues like failed transactions and failed payroll status which has deprived them from receiving payment. Solutions to Npower Stipends Payment Issues for Batch C Beneficiaries

As we all know Npower has started paying beneficiaries and some are yet to be paid or receive their own payment. This could be as a result Stipends Payment Issues or beneficiaries who are yet to receive Stipend directly to their account. Some volunteers are having issues of their account not validated via Nasims Dashboard and more information to be read out in this article.

Two things to know if your account is not validated

  • Your profile dashboard record will show BVN not provided and no data
  • You will not see this payment ID Pay/08/11/202100000001

If your dashboard shows BVN provided and invalid at the same time, your account is ok, and you are good to go.

To receive stipends payment, please ensure that your bank account details are correctly captured on your NASIMS personal profile page, if not, edit and correct, then log out and login to ascertain the effectiveness of the correction, otherwise, disregard.

Next, if your BVN is PROVIDED, kindly ignore the part on the portal that says “INVALID”

Meanwhile, if your BVN is not PROVIDED, edit and provide in the corresponding space, using the same method as mentioned above.

Note better:

  • If your payroll tab displays “no payment data”, you will not be paid.
  • When you open payroll tab you & saw the payment ID Pay/08/11/202100000001, this reflect that you were paid exactly on the 8th November, 2021,

If you find it hard to resolve your problem, simply contact Npower NASIMS at support.npower@nasims.gov.ng, the “no payment data” depicts that your account information has not been validated.
