The World: Our world, your world – Don’t spoil it
In this world, there are certain concepts one needs to understand; whatever one deposits he gets in return either directly or indirectly. As we all know, whatever you propagate is what you will garner in return. This is why it is advisable for one to contribute positively so that in return, there will be a bountiful output to be enjoyed.
Let’s take a good long at this scenario; when we cultivate crops in our vineyard, on the harvest day, we reap according to what we cultivated. On the same note, after consumption, one defecates. One day those defecate will be disposed in an ocean, lake or even river. The fishes in the river enjoy and see those defecate as their Christmas food – thus a period of jamboree. One day, we will go to the market and still buy those fishes for food, relax on our comfort zones and consume all even the bones. What is your mind telling you – what you have given is what you have taken in another form.
What is the happiness when you are the only one benefiting while others are in pain – think about this.
In contribution to the atmosphere, everyone is equal. You breathe in Oxygen and release Carbon dioxide – Respiration. This carbon dioxide is of great importance to Plants as they use it in manufacturing of food through the process of photosynthesis and it releases oxygen as waste which man needs for survival. Man as well depends on this plant for survival.
What if these plants refuse to manufacture food, how do we survive?
We complain of bad government while in our everyday life we deposit negatively to the society. For instance, government would warn, do not litter paper on the road as a way to keep the environment clean. But, after drinking sachet water, eating so many things, we fail to obey them; we still dispose those wastes anywhere we see. Those wastes we dispose do not affect the government in their houses, rather it affects us – then why do we still do it. Indeed, we garner what we contribute.
The world: our world, your world – do not spoil it please. There is need for us to maintain it. Contribute your own quota the best way you know you can. If everyone could join hands and contribute towards the progress of the society, it will be of great benefit to us and the generation yet unborn. I repeat, the world is your world, please do not spoil it.
