We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Daily administrative affairs and office supplies procurement management.
• Review and control office and reception expenses, formulate department budget and control the use of budget.
• Daily administrative management, including customer visit reception management, office environment management and asset management, etc.
• Sorting out, formulating, optimizing, releasing and supervising the implementation of important documents.
• Coordination among various departments.
• Manage and maintain all kinds of office automation equipment and related consumables.
• Complete missions on time without excuses.
• Be Proactive and Responsible, active prevention, detection and problem-solving

Minimum Qualification

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 1 – 20 years work experience.

Salary
N80,000 – N150,000 monthly.
