Job Title: Retail Sales Operations Manager

Locations: Ibadan – Oyo, Abeokuta – Ogun and Osogbo – Osun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Our client seeks to engage the services of goal oriented and experienced graduates for the position of Retail Sales Operations Manager in its Ibadan, Abeokuta and Osogbo branches.
• The Retail Sales Operation Manager will generally oversee all activities and of the branch.

Key Roles

include:

• Branch Operations management
• Sales Drive across the units & Target Actualization
• Customer Experience & Relationship Management
• Facility Management
• Supply Chain Management/Inventory Management
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets & KPIs.
• Relationship management
• Reporting

Minimum Qualification

• B.Sc. / HND in Sales Management, Business Management or a related field.
• 5 – 7 years’ relevant work experience as a manager/leading/managing a team within the Retail and FMCG industry.

Personal Quality:

• Successful candidate should be a strategic thinker, a good team player, assertive and be able to inspire and lead others. Should have knowledge of Retail/FMCG Industry, passion for retail with good communication, human relation and problem solving skills.
• Should have adequate knowledge of PCN, NAFDAC, SON & other regulatory agencies

Remuneration

• Fixed Salary: N1,800,000 – N2,160,000 per annum.
• Guaranteed Variable Pay: Successful candidate will earn a guarantee extra pay calculated based on store monthly earning and performance.
