We work closely with governments to market their foreign direct investment programs and advise investors on the best citizenship and residency programs. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Principal Functions

  • The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and organizing a company’s marketing. He or she must be able to calculate the demand for the products or services offered by the company, determine customer base, monitor trends, analyze competition, forecast revenues, and establish pricing strategies.
  • The goal of this job is to coordinate all aspects of marketing to ensure increased sales qualified leads and profits.
  • Marketing strategy and planning: Design marketing strategy and operational plan for each product across all relevant channels based on a deep understanding of the business, product, and marketing strategies.
  • Execution of marketing plan: Own the execution of all marketing activities, including adjusting the plan as required, hands-on execution, and working with internal and external teams
  • Content marketing and social media: Work with various teams to produce high-quality content and distribute it effectively across all relevant channels. Oversee the ongoing development of our key digital marketing assets. Produce valuable and engaging content for the website and blog that attracts and converts target groups. Grow the social media followership across different channels and increase community engagement
  • Targeted campaigns: Work closely with other stakeholders (internal and external) to design and execute effective events and campaigns for high-quality lead generation. Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.
  • Conferences and events: Organize targeted events for existing and potential counterparties. Promoting the company brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
  • PR and media: Work with the Management Consultant to develop a communication plan and relationships with media, support the team in getting speaker invitations, targeted media coverage, etc.
  • Website Management: Write editorial content, and create and upload videos onto web pages. Edit and update web content as required.
  • Relationship Management: Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Reporting & analytics: Work with the marketing department and other relevant stakeholders to build a fact base to be able to monitor and report results of all activities and make commercially sound recommendations. Evolving and optimizing our activities based on the learnings to facilitate better results and outcomes in future projects and campaigns. Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments and industry trends.
  • Perform other duties assigned to you by your Line Manager

Minimum Qualification

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 3 – 5 years work experience.

  • Ability to use spreadsheets to analyze data and spot trends.

  • Spotting trends.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
