SimbaNET Nigeria Limited, a company incorporated in 2001, specializes in information communication technology (ICT) integration and connectivity solutions.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: RF Engineer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Roles
- Radio Link configuration / RF Path scan
- Radio link troubleshooting
- Firewall Installation / Configuration / Liscence activation
- Router/switch/acess-point installation & configuration
- Structural cabling / patching / testing/Rack mounting
- LAN /WAN Survey
- CCTV Installation & NVR Configuration
- Biometric installation & Configuration
- LAPTOP Configuration (Windows / Office/ Antivirus installation & activation
- Monitoring major backhaul and upstream links (Ping/PRTG/Cacti)
- Ensure Upstream link uptime (Escalating the issue to responsible body/Vendor/Engineer & close follow up till resolution)
- BS monitoring (Escalating the issue to responsible body/Vendor/Engineer —-close follow up till resolution)
- Maintaining 24×7 uptime of power system (Inverter/UPS)
- Daily check on Generator working / Diesel level
- Daily check on Inverter Battery water Level
- Monthly Bandwidth Downtime reporting in format
- Monthly BS Downtime reporting in excel format.
Minimum Qualification
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- A minimum of 3 – 6 years of work experience.
