Job Title: Account Assistant
Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Roles
- Assist in accurate keeping of all books of account, including checking of all accounting records.
- Function as support for processing cash advances, petty cash management
- Monitor periodic expenditures by analyzing financial data and producing periodic reports.
- Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Create and update expense reports
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
Minimum Qualification
- B.Sc / HND In Accounting or any Finance related field
- 1-3 working experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Quick Books).
