JAMB 2019 candidates have waited for so long anticipating to see their results after their examinations they started on April 11, 2019. Since JAMB is having portal challenges and their view to change and upgrade the portal, they introduced a new means to check JAMB Result referred to as MOBILE RESULT CHECKER (MRC).
To avoid keeping candidates on suspense, the new system for checking of JAMB Results has been released for the benefit of all candidates. Without stress, candidates can now check their results via Mobile Result Checker (MRC)
Reasons for the Delay in Releasing of Jamb 2019 Result
- Jamb site under construction and maintenance.
- Checking for Double Registration: JAMB is trying to sort and fix everything together. JAMB found out that there are 60 candidates that registered twice. So they are working on it to choose one result and cancel the other.
- Exam Malpractice Issues: JAMB are selecting Candidates that cheated in the exam hall and they have cancelled about 5000 results so far, while 10000 will be rescheduled.
- Addition of marks
Few events that happened during JAMB Examinations that resulted to delay in releasing of JAMB Result 2019
- The malpractice that occurred or recorded in two CBT centres at Abia state. Jamb has decided to shut down the CBT center. And reschedule the exam again for the candidates affected.
- 100 students has been arrested by jamb for the disobeying the rules in this year exam including the owners of the CBT centers.
- Collecting money from candidates inside exam hall and dispose a paper in form of working sheet to them. The paper contains answers.
- While some came with machineries that wrote for them. Jamb said that they will face the law and its judgment.

- Send SMS/Text RESULT to 55019 with the phone number used during their online registration.
- After a few seconds or minutes as the case maybe, you will be replied by JAMB just the way it was during registration
- If your Result is out, you will see congratulations (YOUR NAME); Your 2019 Jamb result is (JAMB SCORE).
- But if not yet released, you will see, (YOUR NAME) your 2019 UTME results is not yet released.
