Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos. Founded in 2011, it offers her services to the construction and real estate industries from a network established in several countries across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Our track record includes projects with an investment value.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HSE Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Roles
- Compile safety programs
- Regularly inspect equipment and site
- Practice safe working techniques
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards
- Establish a cordial and professional relationship with employees
- Maintain compliance of all safety regulations
- Conduct regular toolbox meetings to share best practice techniques
- Standardize health and safety in order to remain consistent
- Identify hazardous waste and disposal of it correctly
- Compile and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance
- Document staff information, minutes of meetings, and reports compiled for management
- Ensure Technicians are wearing the correct PPE
- Monitor technicians
Minimum Qualification
- A Bachelor’s Degree or an Associate Degree
- A NEBOSH certificate is an added advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in this position
- Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 / month.

Key Roles
- Create and maintain accessible, retrievable computer archives and databases, incorporating current advances in electric information storage technology
- Develop, arrange and describe archival collections in accordance with accepted standards and practices
- Organize archival records and develop classification systems to facilitate access to archival materials
- Prepare archival records, such as document descriptions, to allow easy access to information
- Develop and implement procedures for the acquisition, processing, digitization, and preservation of archival materials
- Knowledge of available sources of archival materials.
Minimum Qualification
- Degree in any related course
- 1-3 years working experience as an Archivist
- Highly IT-literate
- Knowledge of archival and preservation concepts, methodology, and techniques.
- Organizational Skill: Ability to file a lot of data and documents.
Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 / month.

- In-depth knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills..
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly
