We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Cook

Location: Sangotedo, Ajah – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• This job is responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers.
• The position keeps the kitchen organized and running efficiently ensuring proper food handling, sanitation and following food storage procedures.

Job Description

• Preparing and assembling ingredients for menu items.
• Preparing high-quality meals and food items according to company recipes.
• Storing excess food at the correct temperature in order to avoid spoilage.
• Ensuring that food portions and food presentation meet company standards.
• Monitoring supplies and re-ordering stock as needed.
• Ensuring that cooking utensils are clean before each use.
• Cleaning and sterilizing food preparation areas.
• Assisting other cooks to ensure that food orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Efficiently resolving problems with customers’ orders.
• Ensuring that food health and safety regulations are followed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Minimum Qualification

• Interested candidate must have a OND
• A minimum of two (2) years proven experience as a cook
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
• Excellent physical condition and stamina.
• Proximity to Sangotedo, Ajah is key.

Salary and Benefits

• N30,000 – N40,000 (Depending on Experience)
• Daily Free Meal
• Free Ride to Work (Staff Bus).
