The Boyar Foods Limited is a private limited liability company incorporated in Nigeria and carrying on the business of cold room and frozen foods.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external clients
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Make travel arrangements
• Source office supplies
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs
• Devise and maintain office filing system
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Handle all task assigned by the Managing Director

Requirements and Skills

• OND / Diploma Certificate.
• Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• MS Office and English proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Must be a skilled driver with a valid driver’s license.
• Must be male and should reside around Lekki/Ajah axis.
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
• Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
