Description of Amendment / Modification
The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to provide prospective offerors/bidders responses to questions received as follows:

| 1 | The consultancy is based in 3 States, plus study transmission in Abuja, is contractor mandated to generate data or conducting meetings virtually as scope of the work or it must be only done at field? | Data is to be collected in the field across the three states |
| 2 | How many staffing capacity does Creative expect from vendor? | This will depend on your proposed methodology |
| 3 | How many contractors does Creative intend to engage for this project? | 1 contractor |
| 4 | What’s the plan for synchronisation activities of this project? | Being that there is only 1 contractor, the synchronization is to be reflected in the proposal of the offeror. |
| 5 | Who will provide logistics? | The offeror will provide logistics for the study and for making themselves available for the presentation at Abuja (Logistics for the activity in Abuja is covered by Creative). |
| 6 | And in case of capacity building within the project period, who will provide facilities,venue and refreshments? | There will not be any capacity building component. |
| 7 | Does Creative have budget limit for this project? If yes kindly notify bidders, for easy and accurate budgetary | Yes, however, this is confidential for Creative internal use. |
