Job Title: Managing Director
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The Managing Director will be responsible for profitably growing and managing the business from end to end by setting the strategic priorities and direction, implementing the corporate vision as defined by the Board, and overseeing operations to ensure the achievement of the short- and long-term goals of the organisation.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the business’ strategic direction and ambition, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic objectives as defined by the Board.
- Cascade the strategic objectives of the business to the respective units and locations and champion the implementation of plans for achieving the set goals.
- Provide overall strategic leadership to all business locations, ensuring that established goals, objectives, and plans.
- Review periodic management reports on the activities of the business locations for the Board’s review and propose actionable recommendations to ensure that targets are met.
- Monitor the Fertility and IVF sector of the industry including local and global trends to ensure that the business is able to maintain and sharpen its competitive positioning and advantage.
- Ensure timely preparation and rendition of relevant reports to the Board and sub-committees.
- Champion the identification of opportunities to promote Fertility Services and drive its visibility within the sector.
- Drive awareness of Fertility service offerings and oversee implementation of same.
- Develop and maintain strategic alliances and relationships with key organisations, and partners and champion the formulation of strategic business alliance.
- Attend Board and sub-committee meetings, ensuring adequate representation of the business.
- Ensure timely implementation of Board decisions Perform other duties as required by the Board
- Drive a high-performance team culture and oversee the maintenance of a work environment across the clinic locations that encourages teamwork, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Ensure the business’ overall business growth is in accordance with the Board objectives and business plans and establish performance goals to track the attainment of set goals
- Examine all financial investments and major capital expenditure for the businesses and make recommendations to the Board.
- Serve as the approving authority for financial operations, transactions, and activities for the Fertility business.
Qualification and Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine or equivalent professional qualification.
- Post graduate degree in business and/or management.
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years’ post NYSC experience with at least seven (7) years’ preferably in senior management position in relevant and related field.
- Proven track record of strategic financial leadership in a similar role with strong operational focus.
- Proven success delivering high levels of sustainable profit and revenue growth.
- Substantial previous healthcare business management experience, managing human and financial resources.
- Digital savvy: must understand the digital world and the disruptive opportunities being created.
Job Title: Head of Operations
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Description
- The Head of Operations will report directly to the CEO on the day-to-day running of the group’s business in line with its mission, and strategic plan.
- The candidate will play a critical role to help shape and guide the future, growth, and development of the group by identifying innovation, and risk management processes for the Group.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Liaise with external legal advisers/attorneys to defend the Group in all litigation cases and ensure there are no subsisting injunctions against the Company.
- Provides direction to the Team in line with the group’s core values.
- Prepare relevant reports to aid decision-making by Management.
- Prepare and monitor the annual budget as well as goals/strategies for the Legal Department.
- Assesses sales and marketing operations and makes recommendations for developments where necessary.
- Proper drafting and execution of agreements, contracts, and resolutions.
- Advise the board of directors on their legal and corporate responsibilities and matters of corporate governance.
- Coordinates (and attends if necessary) all meetings involving the full Partnership, lawyers, and various committees of the group, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow up.
- Coordinate the drafting, vetting, and review of all legal documents and agreements relating to the Group’s operations (e.g. project contracts)
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Interpret contracts and advise operations/sales/commercial managers on contractual responsibilities.
- Advise Management on current legislation, regulatory issues, constraints, or legal risks that might impact the Group’s plans, strategies, and operations, locally and internationally.
- Prepare legal guidelines on expansion projects to mitigate against possible litigation, arbitration, staff and/or community unrest, and other political situations as they affect the Group.
- Work proactively to facilitate the resolution of conflicts to avoid litigation procedures.
Minimum & Requirements
- LLB from an accredited University and B.L from the Nigerian Law School.
- Post Graduate degree in Corporate Law or MBA is an added advantage.
- Membership of relevant professional bodies such as the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Nigeria (ICSAN), and NBA is required.
- 9 – 12 years post-call commercial/corporate experience either in-house or in a law firm with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- Good knowledge of practices and applications in Capital Markets Dispute resolution, and all aspects of Corporate Law.
- Proven ability to work with large and dynamic teams
- Extensive experience in Regulatory Compliance, company law and statutory compliance

- Technical capacity in dealing with and advising on corporate, business, and commercial law matters, encompassing contracts/agreements, arbitration, and legal risk management.

Job Title: Relationship Officer
Location: Nigeria
Minimum and Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any other related field from a reputable University.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an insurance brokage firm in similar role.
- Membership of CIIN is compulsory.
- Must be conversant with NAICOM regulations.
- High level of productivity using Microsoft Office applications.
