1.) Warehouse Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Job Description
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Prepare annual budget
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies
- Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately, and appraise results
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
- Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system
- Recruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate employees.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc. Degree with relevant work experience.

2.) Hub Controller
Job Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos
Roles Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements as well as the requirements of private contributions, loans, and government contracts
- Maintain internal control safeguards for the receipt of revenue, costs, and both team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures
- Implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all programs, upholding federal, state, and local legal standards by remaining knowledgeable about existing, new, and future legislation
- In conjunction with the CFO, establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on a bi-weekly, monthly, and annual basis
- Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize the protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow
- Oversee and support the accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 4 years of work experience.

3.) Dispatch Rider
Job Location: Lagos (while operations cover the entire Lagos)
Position Summary
- As the Dispatch rider, you deliver items to customers by verifying orders; responsible for outdoor and indoor delivery, sending & collecting official documents, materials, packages, and bulky items, etc. as needed.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of each order, carefully handling and securing items during transportation.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company policies while operating the company’s delivery vehicle.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the company’s delivery vehicle.
- Follow delivery schedules and timelines to ensure timely order delivery.
- Efficiently navigate through assigned delivery routes
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering orders in a professional and friendly manner.
- Collaborate with the high in-store shopper team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolve any order-related issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers, fellow delivery riders, and the team to provide updates or address any delivery-related concerns.
Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum Secondary School Leaving Certificate
- 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with relevant routes.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Polite and able to get along with people.
- Must enjoy motorcycling and be a skilled rider.
- Ability to communicate, read and write.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
