We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Internal Control Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Work Hours: 8am to 5pm, Mondays to Saturdays.

Job Summary

  • Conducting regular internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance of individual employees and departments with company policy and regulations and to detect and eliminate fraud from the system.
  • Reviewing processes and records to ensure that accountants are operating in line with generally accepted accounting principles, laws and company standards.

Job Description

  • Conducting regular control checks on cash, inventory, expenses, dispatch and production reports.
  • Reporting any discrepancies identified to the Internal Auditor.
  • Conducting risk assessment of all departments.
  • Reporting risk management issues and internal control deficiencies identified directly to the Manager and the Management and providing recommendations for improving the organization’s operations.
  • Evaluating and ensuring compliance with the existing company policies and procedures, identifying and proposing modifications as needed.
  • Identifying areas of strength and weakness and engaging in continuous education and staff development.
  • Reviewing the responses to internal and external audit management letters and queries to ensure that recommendations are implemented and to ensure that all action items are resolved.
  • Evaluating information security and associated risk exposures.
  • Evaluating regulatory compliance programs.
  • Evaluating the organization’s readiness in case of business interruption.
  • Providing support to the company’s anti-fraud programs.
  • Preparation of centre monthly audit reports.
  • All other duties as reasonably requested by the Internal Auditor or Management.

Educational Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Accounting, Auditing or a related discipline.

Job Title: Sales Driver

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: 8am to 5pm, Mondays to Saturdays.

Job Summary

  • Selling the company’s products/services to customers, meeting sales goals and increasing revenue and profitability.

Job Description

  • Meeting set sales targets.
  • Creating new sales routes, winning new retailers/supermarkets/distributors and retaining existing ones.
  • Identifying new markets and working with the Marketing Executive to create plans to enter markets.
  • Expanding sales routes and growing sales.
  • Ensuring cost effectiveness of operations.
  • Identifying retailers’/supermarkets’/distributors’ needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors and relaying same to the Marketing Executive.
  • Updating sales and retailer/supermarket/distributor databases; keeping sales records.
  • Attending weekly Sales department and general staff meetings; preparing weekly reports on tasks completed and tasks in progress.
  • Analysing market trends and competitive activities and reporting same to the Marketing Executive with the Centre Manager and BDM in copy.
  • Preparing and presenting daily, weekly and/or monthly reports as required to the Marketing Executive with the Centre Manager, BDM and MD in copy.
  • Preparing and submitting retailers’/supermarkets’/distributors’ orders to the Marketing Executive.
  • Preparing relevant letters, reports, memos and official correspondence as required.
  • Delivering products to retailers/supermarkets/distributors at or before the delivery time agreed with retailers/supermarkets/distributors.
  • Ensuring timely collection of payments from retailers/supermarkets/distributors and ensuring accurate and timely remittance of payments to the Cashier.
  • Maintaining discipline, neatness and proper dressing.
  • Maintaining a polite, friendly, respectful and humble attitude towards retailers/supermarkets/distributors and the general public.
  • Liaising with the issuing unit to ensure that all products in the store are sold.
  • Answering retailers’ / supermarkets’ / distributors’ enquiries about products, prices, routes and availability.
  • Performing other official duties as assigned.

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum of OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Representative or a similar role, especially in FMCG.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Understanding of commercial trends.
  • Integrity and reliability.
  • Ability to meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of road signs and traffic laws.
  • Knowledge of Abujaroutes.
  • Ownership of a valid drivers’ license.

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Officer

Locations: Abuja, Delta, Lagos and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: 8am to 5pm, Mondays to Saturdays

Job Summary

  • The Accounts Receivable Officer assists the Company track revenue and ensure payments are received and accurately recorded. He all debts all on behalf of the company, and ensures that all debts are paid and brought in within deadline stipulated to mitigate company losses.

Job Description

  • To efficiently measure and manage the debts owed to the company by their customers.
  • Verify and accurately post all payments (cash and bank) invoice.
  • Reconciliation of accounts receivable ledger, bank accounts.
  • Follow up on overdue invoices and payments and implement company coll
  • Solve problems regarding incorrect payments.
  • Highlighting problem customers to senior management
  • Look for ways to improve debt collection processes.
  • Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes.

Educational Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting or any relevant discipline.

Requirments:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Account Receivable Officer, credit collection officer, or a similar role, especially in FMCG.
  • Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.
  • Knowledge of office and accounting software.
  • Patience and resilience.
  • Integrity and reliability.
  • Good time management.
  • Appropriately assertive manner to deal with debtors and clients.
  • Confident manner.
  • Proactive and ability to take initiative.
  • Able to work within a team as well as independently.
  • Able to handle pressure and tight deadlines.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process
