FMYSD /FMHDSD Lift of 100M People Out of Poverty Registration 2021/2022

Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development and Federal Ministry of Humanitarian affairs, Disaster management and Social Development meet at the Inter-Ministerial Dialogue on the National Social Register of Poor and Vulnerable Households in Nigeria held today the 16th of February, 2021 and discussed Ways To Lift 100 Million People Out Of Poverty In 10 years.

At the inaugural Ministerial dialogue on use of the National Social Register of poor and Vulnerable Household by FMHDSD, HM Sunday Dare joined HM Sadiya Farouq and HM @PaulineKTallen to discuss the question of poverty and how to lift 100 million people out of poverty in 10 yrs.

The HM Sunday Dare spoke on the commitment of President Muhammadu Buhari led administration to ensure youth in all areas of Nigeria are empowered, he proffered a collaboration to put together a compelling justification to create a path way to have unemployment benefits in the society.

HM Sunday Dare discussed the desire of Federal Ministry of Youth and Sport Development to work with FMHDSD to mine the data from the NSR in order to create a smaller subset of the database containing youth specific information. This assists in creating tailor-made wealth generation avenues for vulnerable youth.

In line with this, lifting of 100M people out of poverty will soon be implemented by the Federal Government and on that note, the registration portal link will be launched for swift registration process and the requirements /qualifications will be made known to the public.
