We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Processing Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Understand hygiene according to Standard Operating Procedure
• Handle water treatment plant (Backwash, chlorine, soda ash, etc.)
• Properly mix ingredients used for production.
• Adhere to the quality control process of the company.
• Ensure safety of product and personnel.
• Prevent wastage.
• Ensures proper and effective cleaning of production lines (Preproduction and Post production)
• Accurately weigh the ingredients used for production and ensure proper appropriate portion is used.

Qualifications Requirement

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc / B.Eng with 3 – 7 years’ experience in FMCG preferably in Food and Beverages.
• Advanced knowledge of Juice processing and quality control is essential.
• Relevant professional qualification or certification is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.

Candidate should:

• Have good understanding of hygiene.
• Understand manufacturing practice.
• Reside in Lagos Mainland and proximity to Mile 2 is a plus.
