2.) Front Desk / HMO Officer
Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Description
- Maintenance of financial account by processing customer adjustments.
- Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs.
- Preparation of product or service report by collecting and analysing customer information. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed,
- Initiating the required action for response to customer service request for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information registration and communication of the changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.
- You are expected to ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external customers.
- Receive inquiries from clients and give needed feedback/or contact the necessary authority to help resolve a variety of order-related issues.
- Will be expected to access the company’s internal system to obtain and extract information and provide customer service management with the data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports.
- Receiving, processing and verifying the accuracy of customer’s information and registration, as well as utilizing the organization’s internal CRM.
- Opening of customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintenance and updating of customer records.
- Resolution of product or service problem by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Participating and providing expertise as a member of the customer service departmental team.
- Attracting of potential customer by answering product and service questions; and suggesting information about other product and service.

Job Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos

Job Description
- Clinical assessment of patients; pre and post-consultation
- Ensure that there are detailed notes in medical records including proper documentation of reports, where appropriate.
- Taking full responsibility for patients under his/her care
- Receiving, examining and filtering patients
- Provision of quality emergency medical care service
- Doing calls and attending outpatient clinics in their respective departments
- Assisting Specialists and Consultants in performing routine and specialized procedures
- Participating in continuous medical education, seminars, workshops and conference
- Providing health education and control measures for preventable diseases and injuries
- Management and treatment of general illnesses/diseases
- Referral of patients for specialized treatment where necessary Participating in daily ward rounds together with Senior Medical Personnel
- Attending all major ward rounds
- Performing duties assigned by Medical Specialists and Consultants when on call in their respective departments
- Carrying out and implementing research projects in collaboration with medical specialists
- Effective supervision, training and development of staff
- And to carry out any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time (including acting as operating officer) and at the discretion of the Chief Medical Director/ Hospital Manager.
