Basedonnews is pleased to announce that the Guinea Insurance Plc Graduate Trainee Program 2024 is already underway. In this post, you will find what the program entails, the eligibility criteria and application procedures.

The goal of the program is to acquire all the essential knowledge to become future managers, in fields, such as Marketing, Claims, Underwriting, Finance & Accounts, HCM, or Operations.

The Guinea Insurance Graduate Trainee Program is a 4-month intensive classroom and on-the-job training that would be facilitated by experts in relevant fields in insurance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum of a Second Class lower (or its equivalent) degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 5 credits (Mathematics and English inclusive) in GCE, NECO, or its equivalent
• Applicants should not be more than 30 years of age at engagement.
• Applicants must have concluded NYSC and must have a discharge certificate in
