We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Port Harcourt – Rivers, Uyo – Akwa Ibom, Asaba – Delta, Owerri – Imo, Aba – Abia, Enugu, Onitsha – Anambra, Abeokuta – Ogun, Benin – Edo, Calabar – Cross River, Bayelsa, Makurdi – Benue, Abakiliki – Ebonyi, Osogbo – Osun, Akure – Ondo, Ado-Ekiti – Ekiti, Ibadan – Oyo, Lokoja – Kogi, Ilorin – Kwara, Lafia – Nasarawa & Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Business Development Manager.

Job Summary

  • We are looking to hire Area Sales Managers for several locations across Nigeria.
  • We need people with a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and have superb interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a sales role is an added advantage.

Key Roles

  • Generating sales leads and ensuring a high rate of conversion.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals/KPIs.
  • Develop and drive implementation of sales strategies locally.
  • Ensure that technical and customer service standards are upheld throughout the region.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Business Development Manager and other key senior leadership at the company; prepare periodic reports.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs and Promoting company programs with clients.
  • Managing client accounts including maintaining client records, answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong track record in establishing systems, structures, and KPIs, and driving both revenue and profitability.
  • Passionate about being a part of the Green Energy journey with a growing company.
  • A change agent, excited about continuous improvement and not content with maintaining status quo.

Salary
Very attractive (plus commissions).
