Job Description

- We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant and Content Strategist to ensure the smooth running of our team and delivery of quality service to the benefit of our customers.
Key Roles
- Writing various types of articles, blogs, and other online resources
- Covering many different industry topics
- Providing feedback to other contributors, and editing others’ content
- Conducting analytical projects to improve blog strategies/tactics
- Optimizing content for search engines (SEO) and lead generation
- Creating well-structured study guides and case studies
- Performing industry research
- Growing blog subscribers and expanding the overall blog’s reach
- Contributing to long-form content projects such as ebooks
- Create 10 free resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness
- Experience in creating various types of content such as ebooks, info-graphics, guides, blogs, etc.
- Manage and develop a blogging strategy
- Grow our subscriber base
- Adhere to the internal policies and procedures
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Respond accurately to internal and external information requests
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Take dictation and minutes
- Create and reformat effective presentations and documentation
- Source office supplies
- Prepare reports and documentation for meetings and appointments
- Devise and maintain an office filing system.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (Blog, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Past experience building audiences either online or offline
- Experience in producing smart CTAs according to the visitor lifecycle stage
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solver
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

- 2-3 years of marketing and content creation experience.
- An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale blog marketing strategies and tactics
- Experience and knowledge in content writing best practices
- Excellent SEO skills
- Must have a laptop.
Salary
N70,000 Monthly.
