We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Production Manager
Department: Production

Job Duties

• Monitor the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and well-maintained.
• Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards.
• Prepare and submit reports to the manager, provide root cause analysis, and execute corrective action plans.
• Approve or reject products based on quality standards.
• Strict adherence to the quality standard of the company
• Maintain records, and inspection results and perform documentation.
• Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe acts, conditions,s or procedures in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drills at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary, and adhering to Company policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s  / Master’s Degree with 3 – 8 years of relevant work experience.

Competencies:

• To be able to identify deviations in standard.
• Gathering and adequately documenting all data inputs, related quality compliance reporting, and tracking.
• Ability to ensure that all utilized equipment and consumables are of the appropriate and approved/certified type and are in a good maintenance status and sufficient in number.
