Job Title: Workshop Call Center / Document Controller
Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Key Roles
- Workshop Call Center Monitors the vehicles movement by KM and check when due for service on daily basis from Nova Track.
- If Vehicles are not on Tracker, Workshop Call center must call End-User/driver and get their odometer Every afterdays.
- Factory call center send request to Workshop coordinator for confirmation for schedule date of service/PPM.
- Workroom call center plan the Vehicle/Bike/Truck for servicing and inform end-user as well as concern department HOD.
- Atelier call center register the new KM and states when the next Service is required by registering the new Odometer and next service odometer.
- Communicate the concern department once service or repair completed.
- If repair take time due for any reason, communicate the concern department/end-users for delay and advise concern department/end-users estimated delivery time of vehicle.
- All communication shall be via email/Teem/phone calls.
- After delivery of vehicle follow up with concern department/end-users for work satisfactions.
Minimum Qualification
- Candudates should possess an HND / Graduate Degree in any stream
- Must have 1 to 5 years – worked in service industries such as call center/Facilities management/automobile service center as service coordinator/front desk.
Salary

Job Title: Workshop Procurement Officer
Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Key Roles
- Receive request form from workshop coordinator as per workorder.
- Receive request for concern departments for necessary tools, Fixed Assets, and all other items.
- Gets Quotation from suppliers, prepare price comparison spread sheet.
- On based of approved negotiated quote raise the LPO to supplier.
- Communicate the supplier for delivery of spare parts on based of negotiated and approved quote.
- Check the order spare parts quality and confirm if spare parts under acceptable quality standard.
- Handover the spare parts to store for inventory.
- Find new dependable supplier/vendor to register.

Job Title: Workshop Fleet Officer

Key Roles
- Inspection of Vehicle when they return from Traveling or Long-distance delivery of Above 200KM.
- Verification of Vehicle suspensions, if required corrective measures, communicate the call center with inspection report.

- Must have 7 to 15 years – worked in automobile (Trucks) service center as senior Technician/Mechanic, must have hand on experience to diagnose, repair and inspection of Pickups, Trucks, and trailers such as Mitsubishi, Toyota, Hyundai, Nissan, Sino, Volkswagen or Howo.

- Perform all maintenance functions related with electrical systems, and power generation distribution in line with safety operations and maintenance principles to guarantee the smooth functioning of the production facility.
