Job Title: Food Microbiologist

Location: Lagos

Roles/Responsibilities

• Ensure timely analysis of samples to prevent production loss time and waste.
• Guide in the cleaning & sanitization procedures and training to ensure the hygiene of equipment and utilities.
• Perform Hygiene Audits and implement Hygienic requirements across the site.
• Ensure products are correctly labeled and prepared according to standard procedures.
• Monitor and control raw material input to meet quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Microbiology and Science Laboratory Technology Food with 2 – 3 years experience in a similar role in the food industry.
• Age Requirement: 26 – 35 years
• Practical experience in food processing and confectioneries who will identify and guarantee the quality of products.

Remuneration

• Salary: N80,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
• Medical Cover (HMO)
• Life insurance.
