We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: National Consultant (Gender Analysis Studies)

Locations: Ebonyi & Osun
Duration: April – May, 2021.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher qualification in a relevant field, such as Sociology, Ecology, Economics, Gender Studies, Gender & Development, Environment, Sustainable Development or closely related area.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical working experience in gender mainstreaming.
• At least 2 years of gender consultancy/expert services for national level institutions and/or reputable international organization(s), including at least some experience in Nigeria and/or the sub-region.

Desired:

• Ability to analyze policy documents and make constructive policy suggestions;
• Proven academic experience, including pieces of research, publications and written reports
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication and diplomatic skills, ability to work in a team;
• Good writing and reporting skills;
• Good presentation skills.
