Job title: Data Analyst
Supervisor: Technical Advisor, Data systems and Analytics
Qualifications/Experience
- First degree in Public Health, Sciences, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in managing and analysing data as a data analyst
- Familiarity with HIV/AIDS programs especially donor funded programs in the country
- Experience working in Nigeria with Government and donor partners working in HIV/AIDS programs at national and state level respectively.
- Experience with monitoring and evaluation of HIV/AIDS
- Demonstrate experience with DHIS and electronic medical records
- Have in-depth knowledge of existing country HIV/AIDS data sets and donor reporting requirements: PEPFAR; Global Fund HIV and NCAPS
- Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated skills in data analysis and visualization, monitoring systems, program coordination and implementation, and evaluation, preferably relating to HIV/AIDS or other public health programs.
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and team building skills,
- Demonstrate ability to work independently.
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (Python, Oracle, XML, Javascript, ETL frameworks)
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)

Qualifications/Experience
- 3 to 5 years’ working experience in mining and managing big data as a data analyst
- Experience leading analytics projects and ability to multi-task while prioritizing important deliverables
- Proven ability to analyze data and understanding of how data analysis translates into policy decisions
- Working knowledge of advanced modelling techniques such as cluster analysis, structural equation modelling and hierarchical linear modelling
- Experience using data analytics and visualization tools such as Cognos, Alteryx Tableau, Qlik, Spotfire, PowerBI, and ThoughtSpot
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (Python, Oracle, XML, Javascript, ETL frameworks)
- Familiarity with using cloud services (AWS, Google, Azure) or Big Data tools (Hadoop, Hive, Spark) in data science solutions
- Demonstrable knowledge in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, and other relevant technical domains

- Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration
- ICAN or equivalent degree CA, CPA, ACCA,CISA,CFE) strongly recommended
- A minimum of 10 years accounting or auditing and grants management experience
- Demonstrated experience working with donor funded programs
- Experience in budgeting and budget management
- Excellent understanding of financial systems and procedures
- Excellent skills in computerized accounts packages, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong management, supervisory, and capacity building skills, including at least 5 years’ experience in managing teams of professional staff.
- Sound knowledge of the Government of Nigeria structures and policies relevant to the management and oversight of Global Fund programs will be an advantage.
Job title: Technical Advisor: HIV Epidemic Control and Sustainability

Qualifications/Experience
- MBBS, MD or advanced degree in public health social or behavioural sciences
- At least 12 years’ experience with designing and implementing HIV programs
- Experience with the monitoring and evaluation of HIV programs
- Demonstrated experience with donor partners working in HIV/AIDS programs at national and state level respectively.
- Have in-depth knowledge of existing country HIV/AIDS data sets and donor reporting requirements
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills.

Job title: GF Finance & Compliance Lead
Supervisor: SA to the DG on GF Project and TA Finance Management Consultant
Duration of contract: 13 months

Experience
- Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration
- ICAN or equivalent degree CA, CPA, ACCA,CISA,CFE) is added advantage
- A minimum of 10 years accounting or auditing and grants management experience
- Effectiveness in training and coaching finance and non-finance staff in internal control policies and procedures to ensure highest standards are maintained
- Excellent experience of budgeting and budget management
- Excellent understanding of financial systems and procedures
- Excellent experience of computerised accounts packages, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a complex and diverse workload and to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to build a proactive team, motivating staff and working collaboratively with colleagues and providing support and advice as necessary.
- Strong management, supervisory, and capacity building skills, including at least 5 years’ experience in managing teams of professional staff.
- A good knowledge of public health issues in Nigeria and a knowledge of policies and processes of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria combined with a good understanding of the programmatic issues linked to fight against Aids.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including professional level English language skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Sound knowledge of the Government of Nigeria structures and policies relevant to the management and oversight of Global Fund programs will be an advantage.
- Preferably at least 3 years’ experience working with donor funded projects.

Supervisor: Director General

Experience
- Medical or Advance degree in public health
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in development field, program implementations preferably public health
- Good knowledge and experience working on donor funded public health project (preferably Global Fund) at a country scale
- In-depth understanding of the Global Fund and its operational principles and guidelines
- In-depth understanding of Global Fund grant management architecture
- In-depth understanding of NACA’s departments and their functions
- Experience leading teams delivering results
- Demonstrable Experience working with Government Ministry, Department and Agencies at both Federal and state level respectively
- Good analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Effective relation building capability in order to maintain good relation with all departments and its staff, management, associates and funders
