NCTO Rapid Response Register (RRR) Grant Loan Application Form Portal for urban poor affected by Covid-19

Federal Government has decided and also launched the portal to enable the payment of N5,000 to all low-income earners, urban poor and those affected by Covid-19. The payment of N5000 monthly will be by transfer to the account details filled online during the registration process on NCTO portal.

The NCTO Rapid Response Register (RRR) payment is for a period of six (6) months. It is better for you to apply now.

Eligibility/Requirements for Covid-19 Cash Transfer Project RRR Registration 2023

Mostly all States in Nigeria are eligible to participate in the program, subject to fulfilling certain conditions.

All households identified as poor and vulnerable through a selection process designed by the National Social Registry, are eligible for Conditional Cash Transfers. Payments are, however, made to only those who fall below the proxy means test, having been identified as needy and deserving.

Monetary benefit of N5,000.00/20,000.00 per month per household and a top-up upon fulfilment of certain conditions.
