• He/she must have a good means of identification such as: Local Government Identification Card, Permanent Voters Card/National Identification Card/ International Passport or Drivers License.
• Applicant must be in his or her youthful age.
• Educational qualification of either FSLC, SSCE, NCE, OND, HND, B.Sc. are required.
