Nedcomoaks Limited, a real estate company that makes aspirational living affordable, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Roles

• Standardize the materials used for projects.
• Approve (in liaison with external Consultants where applicable) the materials for the work (sample room)
• Inspect and sign-off the installation of work over all projects. This will be done through sign-off sheets handed to the Site Managers and the approval of a sample apartment on each project.
• Coordinate all testing and commissioning of site facilities
• Invite relevant Consultants for approvals and coordinate the process.
• Provide monthly reports across all projects.

Minimum Qualification

• Interested candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 3 years of work experience.

Remuneration
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
