This update was given to us by Nneka Ikem, the Special Assistance on Media and Publicity to the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs.
Nneka Ikem said that all Npower Beneficiaries from Batch A and B having issues related to email not functional or you do not have access or you want to change your email address or you can’t log in. kindly fill out the form in the link below and submit.
Those who are using Email address that are not functional such as Naij.Com Email address and other related ones can fill the form
Also, those who cannot login to their Email address due to wrong password or maybe they have forgotten their password are expected to fill the Npower Portal Email Update Form
Those who wishes to change their Email address to a different one can as well fill the Npower Portal Email Update Form
Those who are not able to update or fill Npower Nexit Form as a result of Activation Mail for Email Verification is not forthcoming, can fill the Npower Portal Email Update Form
Also, those who cannot verify their Email address as the verification message is not sent to their Email address are expected to fill the Npower Portal Email Update Form

My npvn gmail was open at cyber cafe. And the computer operator linked it to his phone number. He is no longer operating there. As such I can no longer access my mail. Please I want my verification mail in my new mail account.
