Npower Batch C full list of shortlisted candidates will be released a week after the closing date of the registration.
About 400,000 Graduates and Non-Graduates would be employed in this Batch C Recruitment exercise.
The first phase for Npower Batch C Recruitment is Application online successfully. This is where every interested and qualified persons apply using the application link or portal.
The second phase for Npower Batch C Recruitment is Shortlisting of Successful candidates. As we all know many are called but few are chosen. There must be defaulters no matter what. All that adjudge qualified for the job would be shortlisted successfully.
The third phase for Npower Batch C Recruitment is Assessment/Aptitude Test. The full list of successfully shortlisted candidates will definitely be more than the number of applicants required. The only way to reduce the number is by conducting Assessment Test which is always online. Those that passed very well in this stage will move to the next phase
The fourth phase is shortlisting of successful candidates for Interview. This is a period when all applicants assemble in their centres for physical verification and interview. All documents are vetted or sorted to confirm that all details filled online are correct.
The fifth phase is the release of Final List of Shortlisted Candidates or Posting of Successful Candidates to their PPA. This is where all successful candidates in the interview are been sent to their Primary Places of Assignment (PPA) to discharge their duties.
The sixth or last phase is the payment of N30,000 monthly. Every month, Npower will credit your account with the sum of N30,000.
