Reasons for not being paid your npower salary or stipend as at when due

There is one thing everyone has to know. Npower is a federal empowerment. The stages of payment of Npower is from Federal to state, then from state to Local Government Areas before it will get to the beneficiaries in different organizations. If one group decides to hoard this money by putting it in bank to enable him it generate interest for him or her, it could cause delay.

Some verification of members who did not go to their PPA (Primary Place of Assessment) too can cause a delay.

Errors in bank linking or linking your account to your BVN can as well cause delay in payment.

Also, there are lots of unforeseen circumstances that also causes delay in payment of Npower salaries or stipends.

When will Npower Salary be paid for this month

Npower monthly salary will be paid at the end of every 4th weeks of the month (28th to 30th of every month you should be expecting your payment). Be it the month of January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December.

Resolving Npower Payment Issues 2019

Npower monthly stipend

Npower monthly of N30,000 will definitely be paid to all beneficiaries for the month of January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December.

Also, note there is no update about increment of monthly salary yet. We are still working on to get information as regards to it, we do, you will be the first to hear.

Solution to some of the issues encountered by 2016 and 2017 Npower Beneficiaries

We cannot forget to mention the backlog issue 2016 and 2017 Npower beneficiaries are facing.

We believe that the best solution about this non-payment issue is to recheck your www.npvn.npower.gov.ng/login  portal again and make some corrections/changing

Also write to npower support volunteersupport@npower.gov.ng with the following items;

  • Scan and upload Appointment Letter
  • Upload Place of Primary Assignment name
  • Scan and upload Bank account statement from the period you were not paid.
